Shipping policy
1. Shipping Areas
We ship across Pakistan to all major cities and towns, including Multan and other cities in Punjab. We currently do not ship to [list any excluded areas, e.g., “certain remote areas in border regions”] unless explicitly confirmed during order verification.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.
For COD orders, we will contact you via phone or SMS to confirm the order before shipping. Orders are only dispatched after this confirmation.
3. Shipping Rates & COD Charges
Our shipping and COD charges are as follows:

COD orders below Rs. 350: Rs. 100 total charge

COD orders Rs. 350 or above: Rs. 50 COD charge only (no shipping charge)

Prepaid orders below Rs. 350: Rs. 50 shipping charge

Prepaid orders Rs. 350 or above: Free shipping
You can pay for the product in cash when the delivery agent hands over your order.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, carrier performance, and unforeseen circumstances:

Multan and nearby cities in Punjab: 2–4 business days

Other major Pakistani cities (e.g., Lahore, Islamabad, Karachi, Faisalabad): 3–6 business days

Remote areas: 5–10 business days
You will receive a tracking link once your order is dispatched.
5. COD Eligibility & Restrictions

COD is available for orders between [minimum amount, e.g., Rs. 200] and [maximum amount, e.g., Rs. 50,000].

COD may be restricted for certain postal codes or high-risk areas based on our courier partner’s policy.

A valid phone number is required for delivery confirmation.

6. Shipping Method & Tracking

7. Returns & Refunds for COD Orders
For COD orders that are returned:
